The dodo bird is the epitome of the extinct animal species due to human interactions, treasured in Natural History Museums for its rarity.

​

A white sheet of paper was used for this origami in order to symbolise the rarity and mythical aspect of this long gone animal, standing for the current 500 land animal species on the brink of extinction.
