This picture is an interpretation of Leonardo Da Vinci’s Madonna in Virgin of the Rocks Vierge aux Rochers, exhibited at the Louvre. The Madonna, Hera, is a symbol of femininity, motherhood, fertility and protection. The curvy, divine Madonna was a lasting figure of beauty for centuries, partly because of the Church's hold on themes used in artistic representations.
